Mission and Policy of the RECIST Website

The primary intent of the RECIST website is to communicate efforts being made to refine response evaluation criteria and also the development of new evaluation criteria that can be used for targeted agents and with imaging technologies.

The content of this website is the property of the RECIST Working Group.

Advertising

There is no commercial sponsorship for this site, and we do not post any commercial advertisement.

Funding

The EORTC (European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer) provides administrative support and modest funding for the activities of the RECIST Working Group.

The EORTC maintains the database.

Processing visitors’ and users’ personal data

The EORTC, with its registered office located at Avenue E. Mounier 83/11, 1200 Brussels fully complies with the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with respect to the processing of personal data.

The EORTC does not process any personal data about the visitors to the RECIST web site. It does, however, collect anonymous data concerning the number of times a certain page is visited.
